This session is for you if you think that your child could be masking - hiding their natural traits and authentic selves to 'fit in'. Maybe you see behaviours at home but school or nursery never seem to have the same or maybe your child seems exhausted after social situations.  
 
In this training we will be looking at:
✅ What is masking? Why do people do it?
✅ What might masking look like
✅ Strategies, resources and activities to overcome barriers
✅ An action plan to move forward
 
The training session is roughly 1 hour and packed with useful information, practical advice and new things you can try straight away.
 
The video is in a private Facebook group, the link to which is included in a document when you purchase, along with a session handout and a useful resource.
