This Shining a Light on Self-Esteem and Anxiety session is for you if your child lacks self-confidence or struggles to manage anxiety. This training will cover: - What self-esteem is - How anxiety can present - How to develop self-esteem - How to reduce anxiety and support your child to move through it - An action plan to move forward You will get loads of practical information and advice so you come away feeling confident, understanding your child better and with things to try straight away. You can also ask questions throughout to get advice for your own child or if you are unsure about anything. Shining A Light sessions are held in a private Facebook group (details will be sent following purchase). The group remains open following the session so you can share how you're getting on and ask for more advice. After the live session you will still be able to purchase the training and access the group from the 'Our Products' page. Just £10 for the live session!
