Service Description

Every child, regardless of diagnosis, has their own unique profile of strengths and challenges. We support you and your child to work on their challenges, to find your way to a brighter future. Our assessment and report package is based on conversations with you, questionnaire forms completed by you and sometimes school/nursery and your child themselves and sometimes observation of your child. We write a comprehensive report identifying your child's specific challenges and making recommendations of ideas, resources and tools which will support you moving forward. Our report can be used as evidence towards an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) and to support a diagnosis. It is also useful to share with school or nursery, friends or family members to develop everyone's understanding of your child.
